I’ve received an order confirmation. How long will it take for my order to ship?

When you receive your order confirmation email, we are working hard on getting your order ready to be shipped. Our average order processing time is one day for items that are in stock. For orders that are out of stock, order processing will take longer and we will keep you informed by email.

 

Can the charges for the online shop be made to a member's account?

Member accounts cannot be used and the charges must be paid for by either a Paypal account or using a credit card.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

 

How can I examine the detail of each product?  Is there a Zoom function?

You may take a closer look at any of the products by simply double clicking the image of the product. This will enable the Zoom function and you can take a closer look at the detail of the product by moving your curser across the image.  Clicking outside the image will disable the Zoom function.

 

 My order has shipped. When will it be delivered?

If you’ve received a shipping notification, then your package is on its way via Hong Kong Post Parcel Service. Most orders have tracking number and we will send you details of the reference number in the notification email.  You may then check the delivery status online. For reference, most local orders are delivered within 3 business days while international orders may take up to 15 business days, depending on where in the world you are located.

Some international orders may also require customs, duty, or import charges. The recipient of international shipments may be subject to such import taxes/customs duty or fees, which are charged once a shipment arrives in the receiving country.

 

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are based on the actual weight and size of your order. The shipping cost will be quoted at the time of check out.
