The Ship Shop Gift Certificate is valid until 365 days after purchase.
1. The holder of this Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC) Ship Shop Voucher (the "Voucher") is entitled to make a purchase at the RHKYC Ship Shop according to these terms and conditions.
2. This Voucher may only be redeemed at the Ship Shop at Kellett Island (shipshop@rhkyc.org.hk/+852 2239 0336)
3. This Voucher is only valid up to and including the date shown overleaf. Validity will not be extended.
4. The value of this Voucher is valid for one transaction at the RHKYC Ship Shop; any remaining value will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. This Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
6. If the value of the purchase at the RHKYC Ship Shop is in excess of the specified maximum value of this Voucher, the holder of this Voucher should settle the excess with cash, credit card or on their member account.
7. Photocopies of this Voucher will not be accepted.
8. The RHKYC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of this Voucher.
9. The RHKYC reserves the right to change or withdraw any terms at any time without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the RHKYC remains final.
